We now offer FAA testing at the Springdale Municipal Airport in Springdale, AR.
How to Register:
- Register for an account through IACRA and receive your FTN number here: https://iacra.faa.gov/IACRA/Default.aspx
- Already have an account? Go to https://faa.psiexams.com/faa/login and create an account. Your account will require a Two-Factor Authentication process through a program or app like Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.
How to Schedule Your Knowledge Test:
1. Sign in to PSI and select which exam you are looking to take. Please be careful in selecting which test you are registering to take. If you are unsure which test you should be taking, please reach out to your flight instructor or call 479-365-3640 and select the correct prompt for the Testing Center.
2. Next, select the time and location for FlyARH. You can only search 14 days at a time. If there are no times available that work for you, please select a different date range.
3. Once you have scheduled your test, please read over the list of approved materials (below) you may bring to your exam:

On the day of your exam, please bring the following:
- Valid, unexpired Photo ID with a current address (examples listed below)
- Additional Address Verification Documents (if necessary) (examples listed below)
- Endorsement or Certificate of Completion for test authorization
- Any acceptable materials you will need for the test
We will provide pencils, the computer testing supplement with the figures on it, and a magnified glass if needed.

Examples of Valid Photo ID:
- Driver's License or permit
- Government ID Card
- Military ID Card
- DoD DD Form 93, Record of Emergency Data
- DoD DD Form 2058, State of Legal Residence Certification
- Form DS-2019, J-1 Status
- Public Utility Statement (e.g.- water, gas, etc.) (Cable bill is not acceptable)
- Mortgage Statement
- Lease Agreement
- Letter, on official letterhead, signed by a school/university staff/faculty member, stating the applicant
resides at that school/university - Property deed
- Property tax bill or receipt
- Homeowners or renters’ insurance statement
- Motor vehicle title/registration documentation
- U.S. Military ‘Home of Record’ documentation
- Voter registration card
